We are Amiver Capital – A vertically integrated owner and developer of residential and commercial real estate in the Perth metropolitan area for investments.

From adaptive reuse and repositioning of existing assets, to ground-up development, our team leverages proven expertise, a diverse set of capabilities and a regimented and planned approach. All of this, provides superior risk-adjusted returns on our investments, for our investors.

During the last 20 years, our principals have developed in excess of $250 million in real estate, achieving above market returns through various value-add and development strategies!
